Mock Trial Captain
- I was responsible for organizing practice sessions, assigning roles and tasks to team members, and coordinating with other teams for competitions. I also served as the main point of contact for faculty advisors and tournament organizers.
- I led the team in analyzing and dissecting the case materials provided for each competition. We researched legal concepts, developed case strategies, and prepared witnesses for direct and cross-examinations. Through this project, we learned the importance of thorough case analysis, effective teamwork, and persuasive argumentation.
- The role provided me with practical experience in legal analysis, case preparation, and courtroom advocacy. The leadership and organizational aspects of the position also helped me develop skills in managing teams, coordinating projects, and handling logistical challenges. Overall, my experience as the College Mock Trial Captain enhanced my understanding of the legal field and prepared me for future endeavors in law.
