Building Trust
1. What you learned and how it relates to your major (e.g., describe what you learned from this learning module).
I learned that trust is very important in any workplace because it helps teams work better, be more creative, and stay motivated. The course taught me how to build trust by being reliable, honest, and supportive, even in difficult situations like remote work. I also learned how to rebuild trust if it has been broken. This relates to my Management Information Systems major because working with data and technology requires teamwork and trust. For example, when managing databases or analyzing data, I need to ensure accuracy and communicate honestly with my team. Trust helps in working smoothly with colleagues and making better business decisions.
