I got to know my current condition of listening skills and learnt what is wrong with it and what more to improve. Learned how listening is important in the professional environment and also how to communicate with coworkers or employers. Overall, I got to know how to develop behaviors that will allow you to become a better listener and a better colleague, mentor, and friend.
