Digital Queue Management System
Goal: Analyze a business’s problem and create a system to address the problems.
For this project, my team designed a Mobile App Prototype for a queue management system. The system addresses Green Lotus Restaurant’s problems due to manual queue management, such as having a crowded entrance on busy days and making mistakes easily.
I have learned a lot from this project.
- I learned about what to do in each phase of a project, from project planning to analyzing and then designing.
- I used concepts such as the Pert technique, Scoring Model, Net Present Value, and Break-Even Point, to plan and analyze the project.
- I’m now familiar with working on deliverables using the Scrum framework.
- I worked on designing a project prototype for the queue management system.
