LL Building Trust

By taking this course, I was able to learn tips on how to better communicate with others and building trust, especially in a work setting.
I learned when providing feedback, its good to just speak plainly and briefly. Also when doing a presentation, its important to stay confident and prevent the use of filler words. Filler words can be a trust buster as the course has explained.
Lastly by showing good posture and maintaining good eye contact and nodding, you are projecting competence and warm towards the person you are communicating with.
As a business major, this course was a good learning experience as it easily applies to real business situations and interactions with others.
