Marketplace Simulation
During Fall 2024, my team of four participated in the Marketplace Simulation, where we led a sales and marketing simulation, making strategic decisions to grow our virtual business. Through effective market analysis, pricing strategies, and customer targeting, our team excelled in most categories, achieving the highest profit score and successfully expanding into all major regions, including North America, Latin America, Asia, and Europe. This experience enhanced my ability to leverage marketing strategies to drive business success, teaching me how to analyze market trends, allocate resources efficiently, and make data-driven decisions. These skills are invaluable for my MIS major, as they strengthen my ability to integrate technology and data analytics into strategic business planning.
