Overall, I learned how to assess an organization’s operational inefficiencies and implement tailored digital solutions to enhance productivity. This project deepened my understanding of how digital tools streamline workflows, improve data accuracy, and support better decision-making—key skills that align with my MIS major and future career in managing technology-driven business solutions.
RSIP’s Digital Transformation
For my digital transformation project, I had to implement or update various digital systems for RSIP to improve efficiency and streamline operations. Currently, RSIP relies heavily on paper-based processes, which slow down workflow, increase the risk of errors, and make data retrieval inefficient. To address these issues, I have proposed various systems including CRM, IMS, ENI, and QBO Plus to name a few. These solutions will streamline workflows, reduce reliance on paper records, and significantly improve RSIP’s efficiency and scalability.
