What I learned and how it relates to my major:
This leadership experience strengthened my skills in strategic analysis, project management, and structured problem solving—directly connecting to coursework in business strategy, operations, and organizational behavior. I gained hands-on experience applying frameworks such as SWOT, root-cause analysis, and process mapping to real clients. Managing teams also improved my leadership, communication, and client-management abilities, which are essential competencies in consulting and align closely with the analytical and managerial foundations of my major.
