Effective Listening

I was pleased to have been intoduced to this learning lesson as I dont recall have taken a effective listening course. It has taught me how crucial active listening is when working within a team as well as during an interview for a job you desperatly need. I’ve found that i often get distracted or sometimes get lost on what the speaker message is. However, ive learned to on working on filtering as were listening to gain the main points and to give a well response.
