Manegement Leadership for Tommorow Program Acceptance
I wasnt sure in which category this achievement would be best fit in , but I truely belive being accepted to this program shows professional development. I was selected amongst thousand of high acheiving applicants for my demostration of leadership within my hispanic community. I had to make a professional video introducing my impact and leadership for my community. This showed me how to present myself to my audience and express myself in a timely matter. I had to also orginize what I was going to say efficeintly since I was being timed. MLT is a 20-month career preperation program, in which will focus on profesional and leadership development. It isnt broad in the sense I have been accepted in the Corporate Manegment section based on my major, so i will be interacting with professionals within my field and as well as have a mentor. Once the program is over I have agreed to mentor for the next year class!
