I attended a panel event featuring three speakers from major companies, focused on how to effectively pitch yourself during a job search. The discussion covered resume formulation, including what to add, cut, and refine, as well as how to communicate your value to employers. I walked away with a stronger understanding of what a competitive resume looks like and actionable tips for standing out in the application process.
