Portfolio Website – Web-Based Computing
This project allowed me to utilize the HTML, CSS, Javascript, and Python integration skills I learned in my Web-Based Computing course at SJSU. I created an all-encompassing portfolio website with multiple pages through VS Code that also includes the usage of Node.js and Nodemailer to develop a backend for the contact messages that can be sent through my portfolio website. I have not deployed the website to a host server yet, so I do not have a link for it currently, however it is fully functioning on local host devices once it is set up and is reactive to the users, complete with a comprehensive dark mode and links to videos and certificate and resume downloads. I enabled many features to make the website more user-friendly, such as hover highlighting, toggle buttons, image selection animations, and more.
