LL Course 3: Effective Listening
This module was about communications experts Tatiana Kolovou and Brenda Bailey-Hughes who show how to assess your current listening skills, understand the challenges to effective listening (such as distractions!), and develop behaviors that will allow you to become a better listener—and a better colleague, mentor, and friend. I learned that i sometimes am not an effective listener and i get easily distracted. I need to practice self evaluation and pay attention to certain things and even repeat what the other person said to formulate better communication practices that will help me move further along in my career.
