I learned how to build trust and lasting relations with colleagues/coworkers. Throughout the module, I learned about the many ways to manage conflicts, make good first impressions, and help contribute to a friendly workplace environment. This topic was relevant to more than just my major, since I learned skills that can be applied to any professional setting.
