Project Management Intern (Summer 2026)
Job function
I will start my Summer 2026 internship at Dell Technologies in Texas as a Project Management Intern to assist project managers with their essential project work. I will take responsibility for project planning and timeline maintenance and milestone tracking and risk monitoring and meeting organization and follow-up tasks and presentation development for Neurodiversity@Dell stakeholders.
Examples of projects
The summer period will see me work on three projects which include an internal tool deployment and two initiatives dedicated to process enhancement and customer service improvement. I will help project tasks by collecting data and analyzing it and documenting results to help teams make decisions based on facts and monitor their change implementation effects.
What you learned and how it relates to your major
The internship experience will enable me to develop my abilities in project planning and stakeholder communication and data analysis which directly relate to my business and information systems education about project management and operations and analytics. The internship will teach me about Gantt charts and requirements gathering and performance metrics through experienced project managers and mentors who will show me how structured project work helps both technical teams and business strategy.
