Effective Listening (2019)

I often experience the “brain fog” that this course mentions when listening to people, especially when the person uses a lot of filler words. I felt called out when they mentioned counting the number of times a person says ‘like’ in their speech! I learned that no matter who is speaking, I should always listen to be able to summarize their message.
