GOAL – Effective Networking and Mentor/Mentee Workshop
On 2/24/2023 I went to the Effective Networking and Mentor/Mentee Workshop run by the Generation of Aspirational Leaders organization. Nick Larson gave a talk about how to build strong relationships with others and the importance of these relationships when building our careers. There were also networking activities that allowed us to talk to others around us and share our LinkedIn’s with each other at the end. It ran from 5:00 pm to 6:30 pm in BBC004 and I learned a lot about other professional development events coming up at SJSU.
