Building Trust (2018)
1. What you learned and how it relates to your major (e.g., describe what you learned from this learning module).
In this course, I learned that Trust is an important foundation of any productive relationship. In business, trust helps to increase innovation, and improve team performance. I also learned how to build trust by showing warmth for people’s interests, and integrating trust-building habits into the daily routine by providing reliable, honest and open. Besides that, practicing trust—trusting myself and others is important as well, in case, trust has been lost how to rebuild it.
