Global Expansion Project
Our project focused on the global expansion of Four Barrel Coffee, a San Francisco-based coffee company. We identified Finland as an ideal market due to its high coffee consumption and stable economy. The goal was to explore potential strategies for expansion, considering factors like political, economic, and geographic conditions. The results showed that a joint venture with a Finnish partner would be the most effective entry mode due to Finland’s robust legal system and ethical business environment. From this project, I learned how to assess global markets, evaluate international expansion strategies, and the importance of aligning business operations with local cultures
