International Expansion Analysis for Netflix
This project analyzed potential international expansion locations for Netflix by comparing Japan and Spain. Our team evaluated political, legal, economic, and cultural factors that could impact Netflix’s operations in each country. We created a weighted decision matrix to assess criteria such as political stability, regulatory environment, and market purchasing power. Based on the analysis, Japan was recommended as the best location for expansion due to its stronger institutional stability and favorable digital trade environment. The project helped apply global business concepts and data analysis to a real company expansion decision.
