Building Trust (2018)
This course taught me how important it is to create trust through consistency, honesty, and following-through. It connects to my MIS major because trust is key when working on projects, especially when managing teams or communicating with clients. Building trust helps make collaboration smoother, keeps projects moving, and creates stronger relationships in business settings.
