Employee Motivation Project – BUS160 Fundamentals of Management & Behavior
For my BUS160 Fundamentals of Management & Behavior course, I led a semester-long project focused on analyzing employee motivation through major management theories. Our team conducted interviews with professionals across different industries to gather real-world insights, then applied theoretical frameworks to evaluate organizational behavior and motivation strategies. In addition to contributing to the research and analysis I coordinated project timelines, managed weekly deliverables, and helped keep team communication and collaboration on track. This project strengthened my understanding of how motivation directly impacts performance while also building my leadership and teamwork skills.
