Effective Listening
I learned the fundamentals of effective listening, starting with identifying my own listening skills and finding the opportunities. In addition to learning and being aware of listening challenges such as internal noise or multitasking. Lastly, I learned some strategies to become a better listener such as nonverbal cues and paraphrasing. All of these are important as a move forward with my career. Listening is an important skill for any jobs, even from interviewing all the way up to being a leader in an organization.
