In this course, I learned about the fundamentals of Agile Project Management
Skills I learned are:
Backlog Formation, Creating User Stories, Establishing a Scrum Environment, Product Planning and Creating Alignment, and Sprint Fundamentals.
I also got an opportunity to participate in becoming a product owner, where I had hands-on experience with Agile methodologies applied in product planning.
