The AM Craft App Proposal
The primary goal of the project was to provide a solution for small business. We decided to work with the locally known coffee across from campus, The AM Craft. We proposed to create an online-ordering platform to:
- Increase order volume and revenue by providing an order-ahead feature.
- Enhance customer experience and satisfaction by reducing wait times and improving convenience.
- Expand the customer base by attracting busy professionals and students who value time-saving solutions.
- Strengthen the cafe’s competitive edge in the crowded downtown San Jose market while maintaining its unique personal brand.
How Was the Goal Achieved?
