LL Course 2: Building Trust
1. What you learned and how it relates to your major (e.g., describe what you learned from this learning module).
In this module, I learned that building trust is key for relationships whether it’s for personal, business, etc. Building trusts can improve many things such as boosted creativity and innovation, enhance individual performance, less turnover, etc. This can heavily relate to my major because in group projects and businesses, you need to have trust in your teammates to complete their tasks or it can lead into bad results or worst, an incomplete project. Aside from individual work, there will always be times where we will have to collaboration with one another. Learning how to trust and gain trust can be one of the challenging things in life.
