I volunteered at Mini Cat Town, with the goal of helping care for cats in need and supporting the organization’s daily operations. During my time there, I helped with feeding, cleaning, and socializing the cats with customers, which helped improve their health and comfort while making them more adoptable. The work directly benefited the cats, many of whom were rescued from unsafe environments, as well as the staff by supporting their efforts to maintain a safe and welcoming space. Through this experience, I learned the importance of patience, compassion, and teamwork in animal care, as well as the impact that small daily efforts can have on improving the lives of animals in need.
