LL Course 2: Building Trust

1. What you learned and how it relates to your major (e.g., describe what you learned from this learning module).

As a business major who wants to work in teams and end up as a product manager, it’s imperative that I learn how to communicate with my teammates effectively. Trusting my team will be a large part of us creating good work together. Being a great manager means I have to be able to listen, I have to be able to communicate and I need to be able to build relationships with my team, all of which was covered in this module. I learned the first step to building trust is listening, and I need to be able to see both sides to any story.
