LL Course 3: Effective Listening

Being an effective business professional means you need to be able to work with others. Working with others entails communication, and the first step towards effective communication is effective listening. Collaborative work cannot succeed without good listening skills. This course taught me how to truly listen to my coworkers which is a skill I will be using everyday in not only my professional life but my personal life as well.
