I learned how to organize a collaborative workspace: inviting teammates, assigning roles/permissions, and managing shared design assets so that everyone works in sync. I also learned how to standardize styles and templates so team projects stay consistent and professional. This skill matters for my major because many projects require teamwork, and being able to collaborate efficiently on visual or presentation materials helps ensure our work is coordinated, visually cohesive, and easy for everyone to contribute to.
