The Advanced Institute For Management (AIM) is a management-focused club on campus that specializes in providing professional workshops, mentoring and social events for its members. We are also introducing committees this coming Fall for a more inclusive space for our members and to help them improve and work on their business skills.
AIM’s main goal is to bridge the gap between classrooms and the business world and help students on campus become better business leaders and help them land internships/full-time jobs. AIM strives to build an outlet for its members to achieve success and become more involved on campus as well.
In this event, Professor Matthew Maguire, an assistant professor in the School of Management here at SJSU will provide an amazing opportunity for students to help them learn professionalism, how to build relationships as well as how to advance in their careers.
