MagMirror Marketing Strategy Project
The goal of the MagMirror project was to develop a targeted marketing strategy for a 3-in-1 smart mirror designed for content creators. Our team identified Gen Z influencers, especially those on platforms like TikTok and Instagram, as the ideal target audience. We created user personas, analyzed market trends, and proposed strategies like influencer partnerships and social media campaigns. As a result, we gained a deeper understanding of how to connect product features with user needs and how to position a tech product in a competitive market. Through this project, I learned how to apply marketing concepts to real-world products and gained valuable experience in audience research and campaign planning.
