Office Solutions Project

The goal of this project was to help Office Solutions increase sales by 20% in one year. By analyzing subcategory data, I found that copiers had the highest profit but relatively low sales. Through regional and segment breakdowns, I identified key opportunities in the South region, where lower discounts and the absence of the home office segment limited sales. I recommended strategic discounting, bundling deals, and targeted marketing to drive growth. As a result, this project taught me how to use data to uncover insights and make specific, actionable business recommendations.
