In this course I learned how to enter and organize data, perform calculations with simple functions, and format the appearance of rows, columns, cells, and data. In the context of MIS, where the goal is to provide timely and accurate information to support business operations, Excel aids in data manipulation, reporting, and trend analysis. Its functionality also enables users to automate tasks, create financial models, and generate insights that can be integrated with larger information systems, enhancing the overall efficiency of an MIS framework.
