LLD-100WB: Smartphone Industry Social Media Group Project
In my social media group project, four group members and I researched and analyzed four major smartphone companies, focusing on their global presence, marketing and sales strategies, and customer service. Using a 1-5 point scale, we evaluated Apple, Samsung, Huawei, and Nokia to understand their performance in these critical areas and gain insights into their success in the ever-changing smartphone market.
The social media project provided valuable insights into the dynamics of the smartphone industry and the strategic approaches leading companies use to stay competitive. By analyzing global presence, marketing strategies, and customer service practices, I better understood the factors contributing to success in this fast-paced market. Overall, this experience reinforced the importance of thorough analysis, research, and strategic decision-making in navigating the complexities of the smartphone industry.
