Economist Presentation—Political Influence on Markets: Tesla, Nvidia, and Post-Election Trends
This project analyzed the economic and market impacts of political developments following the 2024 U.S. election, with a focus on companies like Tesla and Nvidia. I explored how shifts in administration policies—such as tariffs, deregulation, and AI export restrictions—affected investor sentiment, stock performance, and global sales. Key findings included Tesla’s market decline driven by political backlash and strategic missteps, and Nvidia’s volatility due to U.S.-China tensions and rising competition. Through this analysis, I developed a deeper understanding of how political affiliations, global policy, and corporate strategy interact to shape market outcomes.
