Effective Listening
I gained knowledge on how to use active listening techniques to increase my output and strengthen my relationships with others through this module. When we don’t use these abilities, it’s easy to get distracted, which reduces productivity because we can’t give the situation our whole focus and makes the other person feel ignored. Additionally, instructors Bailey-Hughes and Kolovou demonstrated nonverbal cues that could help us better present ourselves so that the other person feels heard.
