Multi-Agent AI IT Support System Capstone Project
As part of the final project for my 118S-Agentic AI for Business class, we built a prototype of a Multi-Agent AI IT Support System. It is centered around 5 main agents which are AI classifer agent, knowledge agent, workflow agent, escalation agent, and intake agent where the intake agent is the main agent that turns on the entire agent pipeline. Our system has a RAG which retrieves 7 pdf files of IT policies and solutions which is housed in the Knowledge agent and AI classifier agent helps categorize each user issue using LangGraph so that the correct pdf is accessed to provide a solution to users through a chatbot kind of system. This project was my first time working with Agentic AI which is the future of our society in the coming year where everyone regardless of knowledge base and job will be required to work with in their workplaces. It was an excellent experience even though coding was not my cup of tea I luckily had teammates who helped out in finishing this project successfully.
