Visit to the Computer History Museum
This past semester, I was given a free pass to visit the Computer History Museum in Mountain View through Professor Nitin Aggarwal who I had for Networking and Data Communications. As a part of the visit, I made a video (attached below) discussing my experience which was regarding an assignment for the class. The Museum educated me by showcasing that the abacuses we use for rapid calculations were the early foundations to calculators which were then built into the present computers that perform several processes for us like downloading a file or making a post on social media. It opened my mind to appreciate the inventions from the past which are guiding the further innovation for the simplification of life for future generations.
