Consulting Report on Skincare Industry in Vietnam

 

  • Goals: To learn how to research and what factors should be needed to provide accurate consulting advices
  • Results: We recommended our prospective client to enter the skincare market of Vietnam through the joint venture mode with their initial entry and advertise their product digitally since a lot of consumers are using social media to gather opinions before purchasing a product.

  • I learned how important the research process in aiding the quality of our report. The quality of resources we manage to gather determined how accurate our recommendations were for our prospective client and that will positively impact the course of action that they want to take. Additionally, I learned what it takes to successfully work in a team. Communication was the key in carrying the success of this project for my team. Even though we didn’t host weekly meetings, we all took charge in initiating the conversation with one another and checking up on everyone’s progress. There was a sense of collaboration because of communication and I’m hoping to continue implementing it in future projects.
