Effective Listening
Starting the module, I was under the impression that I already knew everything that would be covered, and that I already exercise active listening. However, I was surprised by how much insight I gained from this module!
The biggest takeaways from this course was that clarifying your role in any situation significantly enhances the conversations, making every interaction more intentional and productive.
This is an essential habit to build as an aspiring project manager. To be an effective business leader is to be an effective listener.
