Shoulder Workout at SJSU
On February 21, I did a shoulder workout at the S Rec. I have a 4 hours gap between my classes on Wednesdays and I use the hours in between to work on my assignments and by participating in exercises at the university gym. At the gym, I exercise which boosts my confidence. I also get a chance to network with other students. This is one of the things that is not talked about often when it comes to participating in a gym. Meeting someone in unexpected areas such as the gym can be very helpful in your career.
