Cathoic Church/Washington United Youth Center
At the Catholic Church, my goal was to support the parish and its outreach efforts by helping clean facilities, provide food for the community, and work with children during programs. These efforts resulted in a cleaner, more welcoming space, improved food distribution to families in need, and engaging activities that benefited the youth. This work directly helped community members of all ages, from children to families facing hardship. From this experience, I learned the value of service, responsibility, and teamwork, as well as how small acts of support can create a meaningful impact — lessons that connect to my major through leadership, organization, and community engagement.
