Business Law Court Project
The objective of this project was to provide students with a firsthand experience of how the court system operates by exploring the trial courts in the California. In summary, I attended court sessions at the Santa Clara Superior Court, gaining practical experience and observing civil and criminal cases. Consequently, concerns were raised about the delays and backlog in court proceedings, suggesting the need for additional measures to ensure prompt resolutions.
