Cultural Field Study Research Project
The Field Study Research Assignment provided an opportunity to delve into how the themes explored in our semester connected with public spaces in San Jose. With the abundance of relevant sites in the area, my assignment was to select a site after conducting preliminary research, ensuring it critically engaged with crucial class themes like race, colonization, institutional racism, segregation, and forms of resistance, offering a tangible link between theoretical concepts and the local community.
