This project management report focuses on improving the website of AM Craft, a small specialty coffee and tea shop, by addressing issues related to its disorganized menu and outdated online presence. The goal is to create a more user-friendly experience by consolidating the shop’s seasonal, online, and in-person menus into one, while enhancing the design and accessibility of the site. The first deliverable will be provided below.
