Social Media Project

For our project, we analyzed how four major wireless telecommunication carriers—T-Mobile, AT&T, Mint Mobile, and Verizon—use social media to build brand awareness, provide customer service, and market their services. We evaluated their global presence, customer support, and marketing strategies across different platforms and languages. After grading each company based on these criteria, Verizon emerged as the top performer with strong results in marketing and global presence, while Mint Mobile ranked the lowest overall.
