Communication
Goals: The goal of this group project was for the purpose of educating peers about the importance of communication in organizational settings, with its types, functions, barriers, and cultural considerations.
Results: The presenter did communicate with us orally and in writing, as well as nonverbally, while covering real-world examples such as healthcare miscommunication and digital overload. It also showed how certain active listening and cross-cultural awareness improve workplace dynamics.
Implications: Because it affects teamwork, motivation, and total productivity, effective communication was stressed by the project; it is key to success. Communication failures can yield serious consequences, notably in high-stakes environments such as healthcare.

What I learned: Diverse communication methods serve different purposes, and cultural differences shape interpretation. Listening with true intent can serve to bridge all misunderstandings; I gained an increased comprehension of each of these concepts. This project also enhanced my collaborative work, presentation delivery, and audience interaction skills.
