Effective Listening

1. What you learned and how it relates to your major (e.g., describe what you learned from this learning module).

Learning to listen is important because if you don’t you might miss something that is important. Great listening skills might get me a job I have been wanting for a while, be able to succeed in this job, make a good impression and possibly become a great leader in the future. Listening to someone can have a good impact and bring in new possibilities. This is important to my major because being in MIS requires a lot of listening and communication to other colleagues. These listening skills might also help me in the future.
