Build Experience for Career Success Webinar
During this webinar, I got a chance to learn tips and strategies to gain career experience and land jobs/internships while in college. The wise advice given by the student leaders—concentrating on expanding your network, joining groups, and getting involved in them matters because we meet people and form relationships with them that allow us to learn from them. To make an impression or form a connection with hiring managers, attend employment fairs, remain until the end, and shake hands with them. Furthermore, projects are crucial in college because they expand our experience. Lastly, the best advice we received was to stay fully engaged in college.
